Do you think a 18 y/o NordGen DC (34 ovr) for about 4M too much? I'm thinking so

depend on level i was told level 3 worth 5 mil and level 4 worth 8 mil

do you want a player to develop and keep for awhile or one for less time? Cos really value just indicates training speed (most of the time)
So a higher training speed means he will keep up with his level longer

oh that's bit expansive and more then i got in either level 4 or 2 account maybe i should spend wise and dont buy any players for season or two

I'm bought him. i think he'll make the difference on my team as he'll be replacing a meh defender.
