Send offers

Im wondering which level u have to be now to be able to send Offers to another players.When I was starting it was level 4 when u were able to do that,and thats what I said to my friend,but he cant send any Offers so far,he doesnt have that option nor I cant buy any of his players,did that change maybe? Maybe level 5 needed now?

HE NEED TO BE LEVEL 4 OR MORE AS YOU and players that are 3-5 * only also hear this this the joke you need to be both in same server

I guess we not in same server coz I cant see his Match schedule notr he cant mine,he is lvl 4 and I wanted to help him with money,wanted to buy some of his players.But to be honest I rly dont know which server am I or he,coz I made account and played the game,never minded that.How to check which server am I or he and can we move on servers?

How do we see which server we are? im able to send him boosters,but I wanted to help him with money coz he poor on lvl 4,just wanted to buy some of his players coz im bigger level.

below is what your spending if you make offer for player and max bid is 20 token oppo get`s but you also spend more too Nordeus
i`v just check with highest token offer on neg list ( 10 ) << starting offer

your offered no tokens Nordeus get 10 ten tokens from bidder

1 token offer Nordeus get`s 12 so bidder spending 13
2 token offer Nordeus get`s 14 so bidder spends 16

Thanks for reply,but I only wonder why my friend cant make offers to any player,and he is lvl 4,when I was lvl 4 I was able to.U guys sure that didnt change latelly? Coz when he look at someones team players and when he marks a specific player there is no option to Send offer for that player which is weird to me.

if on friends list and make offer then they could be on different server, if on neg list some player`s can`t receive offer because they use phone
