Player always gets pale color

Hi there,

I am pretty inexperienced with Top Eleven and recently found something out.
I have a player, able to play on AML & AMC & AMR, but when I add him to my line-up, no matter what, after the match its color in the formation gets paler than the other players. Thereby it gets bad ratings, while it is actually on of the better ranked players.

Is there anybody who knows IF this is a problem, if yes, what is the problem and how to solve it?

If the players gets pale like that, they're probably injured/suspended.
