My entire team is 18 and 19 year olds. I'm in level 2. My squad is valued at 25mil and I just want to make sure the value of my squad doesn't drop to half that just because I get promoted.

When I get promoted I understand they lose a star as it's a higher level, but do the actual sale and squad value of the player decrease? Since my players are still young they will improve but I want to make sure an 18 year old who is valued at 2mil doesn't drop to 1 million overnight just because I was promoted. Might aswell sell my most expensive players now (as I have all but been promoted) if that's the case.

You would lose like 200 k out of 2mil, he would cost around 1.7-1.8- keep in mind that if he improves and gain 3-4 stars over the season he'll be back at his old value.

yes player`s lose a star but NOT Quality, now at lower level`s yes they decrease in value ( not much 10% ? ) unless you have skill point`s saved ? now if add skill point`s at start of new season player`s value goes back up BUT make sure you do any player`s contracts that might need renewing before you add skill point`s as this will save you some money

Cheers guys. Don't mind a 10-20 % drop, was just worried it might be a huge drop. As I said all my players are under 20 so they should hopefully gain back the value quickly.

Players' value will decrease for about 10% in new season day because they are 1 year older. But for young players, if you continue to train them, their value will eventually exceed that in previous season end.

BTW, if you sell a player by season end, the starting bid price will be higher. But if you sell a player in new season day, the final price may be higher because of bidding war.

yeah no?.... I saw that my player Cocu has better wage in 3 seasons but value decreased 3 millions.... so players value decreases with age....

When you go up a level do you get random teams in your league or does it match you up with teams depending on your teams ability like it does in the cups?

Again, trying to see if there's any negative effect in the new league if you get promoted with a good team.

when you level up it`s random although yo might get 1 or 2 teams from your league BUT if you have friends on same level plus also promoted and on same server ( you can see this if they are on friends fixture to watch games ) then you are 95% chance of getting them in new season
