Won player but didn't get him!

I won a player at auction and had enough money and tokens but didn't get him! How can this happen?
The money hasn't been taken yet but the chips I used to bid on the player were!

Edit: there was a delay in player transferring. Paperwork must of been mixed up!

if he is playing match it will take time to transfer any way take picture of you winning the bid and wait couple hours if nothing happen email them

It can happen, is the server. Beware, if you're just no problem, the footballer will be yours. If you are more players to compete, the auction starts after a while, and the player you can not win
