Rewarding supporters

When you get rewarded for supporting a team you get a gift, you don't get it as an extra to your daily gift, so I ask... What's the point?

It would be nice if you could award a gift to your spectators on the mobile game too. I play probably more than half my time on a mobile device.

I often find strangers supporting me - in the Cup and CL they are usually the ones who were eliminated by my current opponents. So even if I don't have them in my friends list, I can still send them a gift. That's the only point of this I guess...

as Anna said, You can send gifts to ur supporters even though they are not friends with you, that's the only benefit I think, plus I think it's cool to be thanked :P
