Hi,

Does the level of your youth complex make a difference to the quality of players that are offered to you ? I have my youth centre at level 6 but I am only a level 2 manager in the 2nd (soon to be league level 3rd) league. Will I get better youth players at lower levels or will it make no difference (ie no advantage to building football school in earlier levels).
