I'd recommend to stay away from them unless you like wasting tokens.I once saw bidding went to round 8 for some worthless 13 quality player only because his value was 800k. Free agents will never gonna make it to your first team (if you know how to sell and buy players) and only good thing is that you can get some nice profit by selling them if anyone's that stupid to buy 3* player.

I bought 2 free players for 1 token each and sell them for 500k and it helped me a lot at lvl1 but I'll never buy any free agent again because you need a lot of luck to be the only bidder for high valued free agent

that's amazing. Here, Free Agents are almost never bought. If I wanted a FA, I just click bid 2hrs before and bam, he's in my team. Well, at least, that's what happened last time I tried.

free agent players are only profitable if you can buy them with only 1-2 tokens. for a 18 yo you can still get profit if you sign him with 5 tokens. forget obtaining the profit if you can't satisfy those conditions. and one more important point. never bid for 32 yo or more free agent players. 31 is the limit of your target. (but if you are in level 1 or 2, bidding for 31 yo free agent players might not be the best idea)

you don`t get many free agent`s that are worth it, most are 32+ and retiring end of season, although i DID get lucky other day 27yr old 3* value 1.7mil and i got him for 1 token, only prob he was not good enough for my squad so put him back on market and got 1.7 mil for him every little bit help

I pick up free agents from time to time, they are useful to cover injuries or card suspensions and you can sell them at a profit when they've served their purpose. I've had some great players that way and hung on to some beyond their planned period.
