As far as I remember, you can change timing of both 1st round cup matches because they are 1st matches in season.

i`v been lucky even though some how player`s are fully fit after maintenance the lose 15% ???

I haven't noticed that, maybe because my team usually has these matches in afternoon so they have time for rest.
