1-1 in cup, again 6 saves by his GK (rating 9) and my GK did 5 saves (rating 6)

0-1 loss in league against 5th My strikers suffer from the 'fernando torres syndrome' and my opponents keep on scoring out of the blue.

One CL, one league, OMA knockout and a Revolution to handle?

Blowing my league lead, with a at home lost to middle position team, played wacky formation to save for important CL game!

Just don't have the time to look into formations and opponent histories, going to be a tough season.

This was today's big matchup. Both team at similar levels of quality. Win streak on both sides.

    Season 58-screenshot016.jpg

AS Dudster was playing away. Not an easy scenario. The objective was to get as many goals as possible and if possible a win. AS Dudster, Shalom Jewish FC, who would be the winner of this first confrontation? Let's find out.

Shalom Jewish FC (17.9) (3N-1-5-1) VS. AS Dudster (18.2) (4-3n-2w-1)

And the match begins on a bad note as Dudster midfielder gets a yellow card. The free kick attempt is stopped but Devrimol has to be careful now during 89' mins. It's a very close match, the possession is split 50/50. At this moment, Shalom's midfielder gets through Dudster's defense. Passes one, two defender, gets through to the goal and puts it in the back of the net. 12 mins in and Dudster are already 1-0 down. Shalom now has the lead and intends to keep it on their home ground as the fans are delighted with the start of the match. Mike decides to make a few change of tactics. Seeing that the opponent formation has the upper hand, he decides to go with a more defensive approach, waiting for an opening to counter attack. And it pays off! Almost half time, Bernardes, AML from Dudster gets the ball and decides to shoot it from 20 meters. The ball sails... AND GOAL!!! What a shot from Bernardes! We don't usually see him on the pitch, but when he's there, he makes an impression! Half time whistles and the score is 1-1. Coach Mike goes back in the locker room and has a few words with the team.
The boys are back in for the second half. Still a very tight game from both sides. Joe Devrimol, who was carded at the first minute, makes good use of his excellent foot work, gets in front of the goal keeper and beats him! 2-1 for AS Dudsters, what a goal! Devrimol never disappoints!
Shalom Jewish FC get back on the offense and have a few attempts that either go wide or stopped by the defense. Z. Bingham gets a bit too physical when stopping the opponent and gets a yellow card. Free kick, nice cross from the opposition but AS Dudster's great aerial defense protects its net once again.
Mike decides to substiture Bernardes, author of the equalizer, to bring in Cantareil who was just cleared this morning to play. He should bring some good opportunities. Only a few seconds after the substitution, Dudster's Irish midfielder McGuiness shoots a screamer... AND IT'S GONE THROUGH!! 3-1 FOR AS DUDSTER!! The crowd is going insane, what a strike from McGuiness, the goal keeper was helpless.
This is a great scenario for AS Dudster. Despite a tight game, they manage to get 3 goals so far. Mike goes for a second sub, striker Arwaresuemae goes back in and Al-Nawayseh goes in instead. Big strike force, we could see an other goal!
Shalom Jewish FC this time are putting some strong offense. AS Dudster are losing a bit of possession. G. Smith makes a bad tackle but is only warned by the referee. The opposition has an injured player, S Maroz, their scorer This will be a problem for them in the rest of the match.
This game is almost over, ultimate attempt from the opponent, but it is blocked by the defender and flies into a corner. Cross comes in but it's headed away for an other corner. The players are complaining to the referee, they ask him to put an end to the game but a few seconds are left to play. Shalom takes this opportunity to address a great cross, met by one of their players. It's a goal! They reduce the score right before the end of the match.

Referee blows the whistle. Final score 3-2 for AS Dudster.

Comments: What a match!! We had a nice lead for most part of the match, despite us being away. Great reaction from the coach with his change of strategy. The players gave themselves great scoring opportunities that payed off. Now we will have to confirm this at home!

    Goals: S. Maroz (12'), M. Bernardes (41'), J. Devrimol (51'), S. McGuiness (63'), S. Yolcu (89')
MOM: Z. Bingham (8) (AS Dudster)
    Highlights: THE STREAK LIVES ON!

Today's other match. Putting the B team to work and they bring home a slightly dissapointing 3-0. Yes, I say dissapointing because there were so many missed attempts against a team that was so weak and had misplaced players.

    Season 58-screenshot022.jpg

Tomorrow's matches. Shouldn't be too hard. Final match of CL, if it goes according to plan I should be first of my table.

    Galactico FC update
    29/09
League: 8-0 win vs Toni with the two Vietnam players renamed to a couple of my friends in top eleven as well as Meftouh changing to Trabzonlu (Another of my friend) in their honour. Buffs Mad may be the next name lined up as the name is cool
Goals: MR Molda 5' 49' | ST Trabzonlu (Formerly Meftouh) 17' 18' 21' | ML Mohamed 34' | MC Beckham 52' | MC Suge 58' to hopefully bring a couple of wins together.

CL: 1-1 draw against nearest challenger in CL group, the not happy Galacticos manager decided enough is enough for conceding goals and bought a 50 token scout DC/DR (Defensive wall) a new welcome to Illescas to the Galactico club.

Other warm welcome to GK Mustapha to replace current underperforming Parasevmez who was sold after just 3 games

    Goals: MC Beckham 28'

    30/9

League: 4-0 win to cap great debuts for both Illescas and Mustapha with clean sheets and tightening up at the back
    Goals: ST Mulyadi 40' | MC Mohamed 60' | ST Trabzonlu 66' | ST Lier 80'

    1/10
League: 8-0 win to continue good run of form, although still 5 points adrift in the table but jumped from 7th to 3rd but poor first couple of games has made the Galacticos play catch up once again (Like last season)

    Goals: MC Beckham 18' 44' | ST Trabzonlu 22' | MR Molda 56' 72' | ML Mohamed 61' 81' 89'

Champs league: Same goalscores who are banging it in for fun, the scout has been an inspiring signing with another clean sheet for him and GK in 6-0 win.

    Goals: ML Mohamed 14' 42' | MC Suge 19' | MC Beckham 36' | ST Trabzonlu 46' | MR Molda 82'

    2/10
League: Tricky 3-2 away win on which the Galacticos manager had to stop driving the car and park somewhere to watch the game as he realised joining in the game at 0-0 half time may have disappointment, almost got trolled but scout scored a FK winner in the end to have the Galacticos manager really happy.
Goals: MR Molda 76' | ML Mohamed 84' | DC Illescas 89' (THANKS MATE!)

Biggest troll and concern is that his 1* player scored against my scout >.> he also manage to take the lead 1-0 and then equalized 2-2 before winner

Next screenshot is the guy currently first in the league.. The Galacticos will do well to beat them earlier in the season but will have to also catch up to their pace setting points haul

Todays CL match was the decider between Jo'burg FC and opponent in 2nd. Jo'burg FC played an away match which the manager knew it was going to be an intense end to the group stages. Going into the match playing 4-4-2 classic formation, Jo'burg Fc's newly signed striker (Artico) got his first goal for the club after 8min, opponent came back to level it 1-1 after Jo'burg FC's MC (Orudzhev) got a yellow card and conceded a freekick. Before the break Jo'burg FC's striker (Detloff) had a run on goal and put it in the back of the net with a curler! Went into the 2nd half 1-2 up. 76th min DL (Kokolakis) conceded a 2nd corner and ofcourse a goal was scored to silence Jo'burg FC's manager, scores tied at 2-2. The manger decided to make 2 changes in the 77th min and bring on MC (Haglof) to replace his fellow teammate that got a yellow card and ML (Holscher replaced Nielsen). 86th min Jo'burg FC's MR (Dinhle Strand) decides to take on the opponents defense and passed a great ball to substitute (Haglof) to blast it towards the opponents goal to get the win.. Match ended 2-3 in favor of Jo'burg FC! Jo'burg FC now in 2nd position in the group waiting to see the result of 3rd as he plays opponent in 1st (token buyer ).
