how can i know how many skill point players need to be 6 star

You may find tools to do this but I rather calculate myself.

For example, say you have a 5* player with quality 48 (def - 47, att - 50.2, P&M - 48.2). To reach 6*, his overall quality should reach 50.

(50-47) + (50-50.2) + (50-48.2) = 4.6

Divided this by 0.2
Skill point required = 4.6 / 0.2 = 23

Answer is 23 skill points.

I make two of the columns solid numbers to make easier math and then know the last column has to end with .8.
