Why are RM players so hard to find?

So the start of another season, & yet again I am stuck in my search for a decent right mid, not a new problem to me, it seems out of the last 5/6 seasons I've had the same problem, anyone else have this problem?

I'm always looking for Aml/Ml.. and see tons of Amr/Mr. I think Murphy's law, as well there are less wingers than central players at any given time, because people need more of them typically to build a team.
