i was in level 21 league as a level 20 team last two seasons and last season i won level 21 league with saving skill point`s season before where i finished 12, so this season i`m a level 21 team and half expected to end up in level 22 league but no i am now the level i should be, so i would tank and save skill point`s for next season and then see if same level in league that you was or in your level, if you stayed same level see if adding skill point`s helps you against other team and a top 4 finish then in new season you might go back to your own level

on season 16 I decided to tank saving skills but on season 17 all competitions were packed with teams of my same quality (including skills)..

it`s worked for me i`m at least 5 quality better apart from 1 team in league and they did the same tanking as they never finished in top 7
