I need an advice from the masters of this game.

I'm playing the season 23, level 22, but I'm stuck by two seasons:

1. I can not win a trophy anymore: league, champions and cups are full of teams from the upper levels. Of course they always win everything and last season for the first time I didn't qualify to champions.

2. no more fight for players: all the auctions are deserted. You can buy a 18 yo 10 skills to the scout level with just one token

3. no more sells: you can't sell any player, except those with quality finishing in 4/9, and just during the first days of the season. You have to sack all the other players.

4. no more scouts: I managed to buy 3 scouts in 2 seasons and 3 days. Unless you want to buy a 29yo with 132 quality..

In one word: no more market and no more competitions.

Is there any way to change this server? Tanking a couple of season could help?

2,3,4 = that is caused by lack of active managers. Low number of managers keep playing this game at high levels, that is reason why you have problems with selling and no problem with buying (no competition on auctions). I have noticed that on level 15, I know that's frustrating.

I have noticed these things too on the higher levels, especially when you reach the top of the server, just wait until you run into money trouble caused by high player wages and then the fun truly starts, but no you cannot change servers. Tanking will help to build up your q but the next season you will be in the same situation when everybody buys again.

i was in level 21 league as a level 20 team last two seasons and last season i won level 21 league with saving skill point`s season before where i finished 12, so this season i`m a level 21 team and half expected to end up in level 22 league but no i am now the level i should be, so i would tank and save skill point`s for next season and then see if same level in league that you was or in your level, if you stayed same level see if adding skill point`s helps you against other team and a top 4 finish then in new season you might go back to your own level

yes it's true but a couple of friends who started playing at the same time on different servers do not have this problem
they keep on playing with manager from the same level

my main problem is that I always meet 2 teams (each season the same) from level 25, 2 from level 24 and various from level 23

are you sure that saving skills is worth?

on season 16 I decided to tank saving skills but on season 17 all competitions were packed with teams of my same quality (including skills)..

it`s worked for me i`m at least 5 quality better apart from 1 team in league and they did the same tanking as they never finished in top 7
