even if they have that achievement, they could have stopped playing. If they are level 2 they probably have not quit playing, but after a while they could have quit. Achievements can also be misleading

Bot teams are filtered in a sense because in leagues they get squeezed out by friends. But ofc that doesn't help Billy-no-mates or protect against teams that become bots.
Only way I know if a manager is active is if I score 10 goals and then hear sobbing.
I was confused because there was not level number at managers left upper picture.
