so. i'll break my comment down so it would be easier to read and still respond to everyone and everything :

1. I don't think that the games are decided in advance -
i sometimes make changes to formation and subs and during the game and there's always an impact on the game.

last night iv'e changed everything at 70th minute and came back to greater stats then i had and was able to turn the game around to 2-1 victory.

2.Sh*t happens in real life too:

I'm a total football fanatic and let me tell you a few things iv'e seen:

A. Promotion match to 2nd Israeli division 2014- we (Macabbi-Jaffo) vs. Kfar-Saba:
we had 68% possession (according to sport sites) , 20 shots more , and KS player got a red card .
but one good attack at 87th minute made us lose 1-0.

B. Tottenham vs. Manchester City at the fa cup 4th round replay at 2004:
Man city were down 3-0 at half-time and got a red card.
But came back in the second half and won 4-3.


3. the quality points/stars doesn't matter.
his entire bench/reserve could be 1 star and the entire line up can be 7 stars -
so the team's average quality rating will be 4 stars.

4.player's stars doesn't always determines his ability-
sometimes a 7Q player can get a rating of 4 and a 3Q player will get rating of 8.
just like shevchenko who played for Chelsea- 77 games/22 goals and almost none of them changed a result.

5. you're not the only one who might have had top-morale , top-health and top-win-bonus...
as we know , he might have had it too.

6. ludogorets fc qualified to the champions with a central defender at the goal.
their fans thanked god and lady luck , the opposition fans cursed their luck.
my guess is that if it reversed: you'd be talking about a miracle-win and how the game is realistic in the sense that despite doing everything by the book - sometimes it's dumb luck that count.

7. The position of the red-carded matters a lot -
for example, if he's playing classic 5-3-2 with 3 DC , losing a DC means almost nothing.
if he's playing 3-4-3 , losing a DC is everything.



So , if you read this far,
