Dealing with Player Form in the Season

Hi guys!

I've been always struggling with player form.
Lately I have a few star players who have suddenly under performed.
They started the season with form 7/8 but now are scoring only 5/4.

My goalkeeper is an example. I end up losing games cause he lets in too many goals.

Anyone have suggestions on how to deal with this?
Anyway to improve players form when it starts to decline or should I just sell and get a replacement straight?

Usually I am replacing them... but now depend on your budget too...

I had the same problem with my goalkeeper at the start of last season and I increased his form by putting him to shoot my corners to get assists for big notes.

Is quite normal for goalkeeper to have rating 6, my goalkeeper rating at the moment in CUP is 6,5 and I didn't took any single goal from the begin.
