Usually in matches with stats like that if you look at their players' ratings their D got 8's or 9's, basically they had their best game against you. Subs might help though, I would try that!
just a case of your players not taking the chances they are given, or they are taking long shots. Subs should help. Also if your passing is set to short that could be a reason
