Very expesive players but really bad on the pitch

I noticed that at the 23 level that i am now, the very expensive players (108 & 109M) dont perform well on the pitch. Its first time from my very beginning that i have to sack/sell 9!!!!! very expensive players becouse they rated with 3,4, or 5 after matches. And i mean 5,5,5,5 on friendlies and 3,4 at official games!! They gain cones like crazy but...no use!! And every time i see a 108-109M player on the market their ratings are terrible too!!
And before 23 level i never saw a player rated with 3 !!!

Sack and sell. But most of them sacked. (It is not easy to sell a player with 5-5-5-4-3 ratings you know)They are 18 y.o

you should keep these player`s yes they my bad season being that young but they are fast trainers and can easily improve in new season and if they don`t then leave them 1 skill away from next star and wait for neg bids to come in so you can get tokens back

I tried this idea since the start of this season, 15 days passed without a single offer on my 3 fast trainers players "1 point away from scout"

yes..most of the times this not work
And when a player does not perform well, thats it. He is not going to improve the next seasons. The others 18y.o players why they play for 7,8,9 from the first game?? When someone he is a bad player he stays a bad player.

Uhm, yes I think keep and train. If you can, I mean I understand sometimes you need that many players. But at high levels it is so hard to sell bad rated guys, I find on some it's best to hang on and sell first day of the new season if you don't get negotiations offers on them.

I hate sacking guys, cause that's a huge hit on the bank, and depending on your salary costs problems could result from not recouping at least some of your outlay.
