I get an injured player every other day. Sometimes from a match, sometimes from training. I train mine everyday, but only down to 80% and then I allow them to get back into the 90s before I train them again. If I have a match, I will train them so that they are between 95% and 99% at the time of the match. When the match ends, I train everyone down to 80% again (so, I'm just training the reserves). Will this make my team more injury prone? thanks
