Struggling to sell the rubbish players you get given from training academy etc?

if a guy goes 7-8 auctions without a sale ill normally change his name ect to a real life player for 1 token that normally works.

However if i change my team name to a Norgen team name .... people will think they are getting a Nordgen and bid for my unwanted players.......

Market supply and demand determine if player will be sold or not... also age and quality of the player (its easier to sell player whose quality number ends with 9, than the one with 0)... Name of the player or team means nothing tho...

i disagree if i struggle to sell a player and change his name he normally gets sold!

and if my team Name is the same as a Norgen team i reckon id sell all players quicker on first time easily. coz people will think there Nordgens

i`v never had a problem selling player`s ( apart from when we had dodgy market ) although normally i don`t place on market, i leave them 1 skill away from next star and wait for neg bid even with youth player i train to 1 skill away from next star even if takes till the following season as they are still only 19 now that`s a Genius

Yes, it does not mean anything, but I can confirm dicky's observation. Especially in lower levels many people buy players based on names and a C. Ronaldo has a higher demand than a random name despite having no influence. Give it a try, there are many t11 players who go for names.
Sure, at higher levels people most probably don't fall for it, but at the lower levels, why not give it a try.

If you had 18/19 old and changed his name to Messi/ronaldo whatever youd have a crazy bid war, especially at day 1 of season! i plan to sell a 19yr old striker who ill change name of on day 1 next season just to prove this

depends on what level you are to be a genius then again i rarely go into transfer market as squad is all under 23, so don`t need player`s but still keep an eye open for player`s that go cheap and close to next star as too get extra tokens for when do need replacement`s, so still a genius is me

I have 2 teams in different levels. For my high level (level 14 now) team, in last season the 5* auction market are very very inactive while 3* & 4* are normal. I failed to sell any 5* players but could easily buy many 5* players with 1 tokens. In contrast, the auction markets are normal for my low level team.

I believe that suddenly Nordeus generate a lot of new players to auction market and made this available for some teams. This disrupted the market.

BTW, the 5* auction market for my high level seems turning silent. I'm still observing. And it's too bad that I carelessly upgraded a 4* player to 5* just before selling him. I have tried for several days but still failed to sell him.
