Coach-Level 7, but in 8-level professional tournament. Why ?

Why the program doesn't create more bot teams ?
Any guess ?

Always got a guess....it's just never a correct one.

Since it seems set up to create bots at lower end and balance out at higher end it'd probably be a big change. They'd also need to put some protection in place at higher levels to stop those at the very top getting shunted into bot filled leagues rather than mixed level ones as I'm not sure a 'Stop' on promotion would work. So that'd mean a '2-speed' process.

Got lots of other guesses but they're on the theme of primates n peanuts
