Stupid Cup draw

After I got out of the cup,I just started to search for the remaining teams's quality.
And look what I've found:

How in heaven did this guy appeared in my cup draw?
Some of his players are just about reaching 9 stars!!!

Your team had 5star players in the begining when the cup draw was made, this guy aparentlly had 2-3Stars players and was 2-3 levels higer than you.. He managed to buy those 5-6star players and thats it, they'r appearing stronger cause u'r lower level. There's a way to understand how cup draw is made.. i posted info about it a while ago, u could serch for it--^^
Im pretty sure he's 3 levels above you, you see those 8stars player, about to reach 9.. they r 5star players for him.

He is 2 levels above and 100% a token buyer. He is just smashing the cup. Won last 4 games 5-0 5-0 6-0 6-0.
I tried myself to keep my quality low,but the game drawn me in a normal cup level.

I know about the cup draw,but it seems too much. Even keeping 1 star players won't drop your quality so much.

i know .. it really sucks .. i beat one of them once in a cup.. but he killed me in the return match .. what was worst is many token buyers friends come supporting him .. WTF?

As we always say, Cup goes for Quality, not for level. Probably you have a good team for your level and you are in high level, so the difference is increased coz no lots of teams in the distance of your level and his level. :3
