i have 22 player`s BUT stick with 15/16 player`s for 1st team the other 6/7 i use for friendlies so can train too 1 skill away from next star so i can sell on neg list for more than i paid which easily covers wages

Minimum 16 player and maximum 18 players,because not all the players will play often,and with lower squad,save some money for a good player....YOU dont need to use many formations (against opponen),because the formation doesnt count very much.Choose 4-4-2,4-3-3 or something like that,because you re waisting your time with changing daily formation...The decision is yours...
