I removed off topic posts. This is a good discussion and that detracted from flow of conversation. I really like the experiments and data guys! I stopped recording my numbers a few seasons ago, I add players to BvB so slowly I know who gains what already in a general way.
My slowest guy gets 1(yes 1)/3/8 average regular train.. but his match play gets over 10 usually. And occasionally MOM's. He's 31 y.o. 2 star (was very fast when young). Fastest in reg. training gets like 20/40/80 and 100 something in comp matches. 20 y.o. 6 star.
I haven't been playing friendlies lately so couldn't say what they usually get with that.
The slowest training guys are 30+ y.o. "flops"... They usually get 4-6% for Stretching at age 18-21 (4-stars)... So, it's 2-3% at age 22-25, 1-2% (1-1.5% actually) at age 26-29 and 0-1% (0.5-0.75%) at age 30+... But, even if it says 0%, they get 1% actually... I had 30 y.o. striker who was getting 0% for 30 minutes of play in official match, lol (5-star range for 30+ y.o. the slowest flops is 0.38-0.63%)

Well, the scenario is that if a player is qualified to get +100 after a game maybe this is the number for a rate of 5. If this player get 6, he ‘ll have +101, if 8 >+103 but this % is insignificant and it’s devoured by the roll dice.
I disagree about that. Actually I have a trick for this. My team has about 10-12 young players, 1 agent/scout and the rest 4*-5* veteran players. At min. 45’-55’ I can recognize who may be the MoM (man of the match) or at least to know those 2-3 nominations from the (positive) comments. This is more usual for my defenders because if a have a winger or a ST with goals and assists he is No 1 nominate.Quote:

I don’t know about higher lv 8*-9* players but I believe that friendlies are more useful for them than power training. If someone have info, please post.
Well, here I save the info of what can win one in a friendly. This is after the league match of today maybe theres 1 rest of 5% added.
All are 7* players, less Cocu, 9*, and Czucker, Gallas, Campbell and Sas with 6*
One can see proving that players loose more condition with the age and too that my MC Zé Roberto lost more condition playing as AMC, the only that played in wrong place lost more condition.
MoM of this match was Zumalkarregui.

I bought verry expensive five star player from the transfer list. When I did streching, cardio and practice match He was reciving 2 skill points. in one day he was 7 star player then something happend. The same 3 training (streching, cardio and practice match) not giving him even 1 skill point. how can I make him 9 star player?

Every star they gain they slow down, the higher the star the more they slow down
streching takes:
kondition: 7, 7, 6, 5, 5, 5, 7, 5, 5, 7, 6, 5, 7, 6, 6
streching gives:
skill progress: 22, 18, 14, 22, 16, 18, 18, 16, 18, 21, 16, 18, 14, 16, 20
cardio takes:
kondition: 12, 10, 11, 14, 10, 9, 10
gardio gives:
skill progres: 64, 44, 32, 34, 27, 45, 45
practice match takes:
kondition: 21, 16, 17
practice match gives:
skill progress: 47, 44, 62

Im level 12, max from transfer list is quality 79. this striker is 85 age 18 and his market value is 71.9milion I bought him with special ability penalty kick. he is right food, 195cm 90kg

That player is flop, not fast trainer... and you are using hard training... He is not worth of power training...
The last sentence in tomex23's post says exactly "how can I make him 9 star player?"... So, it's not legend... He said player stopped getting a skill point per all 3 training seasons when reached 7th star, and he was getting 2 skill points... Since he is using hard training, the fastest trainers can get 3, even 4 skill points per all 3 trainings... He didn't get 3 or 4 even as 5-star player...
And, no, I didn't have any legend yet, but I did have world class players and skill progress pattern decreasing same way as he was 5 or 6 star player... I don't see why 8 or 9 star would be exception...
Even if that player was the slowest of all fast trainers, he would still, as 7-star player get at least 1 skill point for all 3 hard trainings...
This would be the pattern for the slowest of all fast trainers when reach 9th star at normal level training (double for hard training)... and if you have 9-star fast trainer, just compare it to this pattern and let me know if I'm not right...

This means that I lost about 300 green packs...
Never mind.
I have to find another very expensive 5 star striker and if after all hard trainings he will not receive at least 3 skill points that is means is not worth it investing green pack also.
Is very hard then to make 9 star player because I could only look for someone on the beginning of the season (lets say first 3 days from new season begins)
8-9* is About 6 normal training 10+ fast trainer for hard stretching
For example age are also very important And value let see if they are fast trainers or not

Keep also in notice that St are fast gaining sk points when they score they get almost 1 in game match
Look tomex23, never do power training until you find out how good that player will play as 5 star... If he gets ratings 5 or 6, don't waste your time and money, 'cause the best players perform good even with few stars only... and if you find any youngster that performs good, his training range for stretching in normal training must be at least 15-25% as 5-star (30-50% for had training stretching as 5-star)
6 as the lowest value for normal stretching, or it's average?
Pattern doesn't change for youngsters until they reach age 22, then goes half down (they get for Cardio what they used to get for Stretching)
Didn't notice any connection between performance or goalscoring and skill gain... My winger just scored 2 goals and got rating 8, but got less skill progress than my MC who played 45 minutes for rating 5 (doubled skill gain for 90 minutes)... and the winger is faster trainer than MC... My DC who got rating 8 and was MotM got half way from the lowest and the highest value he usually gets for playing 90 minutes (+100% for being MotM)...
Mostly when kishna score he gain + 100 And 1 skill with MVM also he get 2 skills thats why he is legend at age 27 after 22 they can Get also 3 for stretch but it is between 3-9 always

yes, always 100%, thats 1 skill point... with 13% gain from 90 minutes of play he fits in the slowest of fast trainers pattern...
this should be his pattern for normal training...

You can simple not calculed what or how many green it cost as hard stretch normal is 6 % condition can it also be 8% sometimes i know even with run And practice match iTS always difference so i think know iTS not too know how many green it cost. I have make notice how many it cost for fast trainer And iTS About 600-650 green boosters till legend from 5* Max value And another time also fast trainer iTS About 700 green keep also in notice 1/3 of THE green must also be spend to red for recover injuries so iTS About Total 900-1000 packets red And green for one player
