You will find that upgrading your seating first, will lessen the time it takes to build the bigger stadium. For example, if it says, bigger stadium would take 15 days, by increasing your seating first, you can reduce the stadium building time right down to 4 days.

i have compared the two options once. there's no such thing as less time less money to build your new stadium either way. if you compare it, the number of days and money required are EXACTLY the same. i don't know if it's different for different level. i compare those two on level 3 stadium.

but nevertheless, upgrading your stadium by upgrading your seats first is always the best choice, mathematically
