    How about this... Opponent is 3 stars stronger, playing 4-4-2 formation, has all players in position, I have +15% possession bonus... It should be 63-64% possession max for my side, and yet it's 71%...

    You just gave the winning formula for winning my CUP final...

    I will play with 2 defenders and get a bonus possession... LOL...

    Is there any managers listening who are fed up with troll results or want to win the CUP or CL try this out for you final match... Incredible Nordeus...

    The other manager would be pissed if they lose final VS an illegal formation that to with less possession...

    The first formation posted in the thread is legal. I always check wiki for this kind of issues: Squad - Top Eleven Official Wiki

    Well, I've always wondered if the possession penalty really was fixed at 20% or -30%. The wiki says so the Forum says so but the bar didn't always.

    Just a thought, no hate.

    I have played higher Q teams with illegal formation.. they seem to get more than 20%. Also I notice it seems like some sort of average, because if you play some time illegal then fix it your possession goes back up but the number changes only a bit then more.. hmm. I just try to keep it conforming so I don't get the penalty

    Here I tried 2 defenders and guys OOP (I want this team to not promote):
