You can still play the game, but you won't be able to watch videos for tokens. That is the only difference

It's still possible to build title winning teams with a season budget of 35T, you just gotta bid for the right players on the auction. Potemy is a very good example of someone being able to achieve this.

i saw around 15 videos on matomy but still no tokens.....TokenAds,tryalpay,SponsorPay,supersonic ads still no video no survey no free tasks for wining tokens.....Im from romania.

there are club in real football who don't have the resources of big clubs like City or UTD ... you don't see them giving up ?
there are people who managed to win titles with the 32 token you get from your sponsor .. sure never easy .. but possible with good management .. i play in CL my AVG rating is 26.8 .. i was in group in CL, with a team average 16 are in top of us managing to beat much stronger clubs .. and even in League 2, i had a club who was fighting for top4 position with Average of 14 when i was and other club average 20-24 and he give us great run right till the last 2-3 week
