League: Clean win, almost got the 5 goal difference. Still it helps my GA for the end of the season.

CL: Lost 1-0 in a very close match. Got seriously unlucky. Two injuries, one from a player that I had just subbed on. This guy is tackling me with steel shoes or something. There's still a possibility to win in the second leg but it'll be an away game, won't be easy.

LEAGUE:
Well, Academy FC (41.7*) had a decent weekend, moving into 2nd place in league, 1 point behind 1st (who has played one more game and is 42.7*). Third place (41.9*) is 2 points behind, fourth place (42.8*) is 2 points behind, and fifth place (43.4*) is 5 points behind. Today's match is against 13th place (35.5*). My final 6 games are all against teams ranked 5th or worse (13th, 12th, 5th, 10th, 9th, 8th). Looks like I may have a chance to take 1st in the league after all!
CHAMPION'S LEAGUE:
I severely underestimated my CL Semi-Final opponent (or over-estimated my bench). With a 36.7* rating, I chose to field a lineup with subs and reserves. I played a 4-5-1V against their 4-4-2 (flat). I ended up losing the home match 4-1, and now have some serious ground to makeup in the away match. I will be sure my starters are healthy and well rested when we play tomorrow evening. Sadly, I have the highest rating of the remaining teams and look the least likely to win CL, or even make the final.
CUP:
In the Semi-Final Cup match, AFC hosted K.F. Prishtina (42.2*) for the first leg. I fielded my starters and played my usual 4-5-1V. KFP played a 4-3W-3 and barely pulled level before the end of the match. The 2nd leg takes place at an unfortunate time (2am in my time zone) so I will need to make sure my team is rested and ready when I go to bed tonight. If I can win this match, the remaining teams are all of a lower quality, so I have a chance to take the Cup!

July Fourth this morning have won the league title barring maths (12 point lead, 4 games remaining, far superior GD), But we were beaten 3-1 on agg by LaFruta in the Cup Semi-Finals which ended the treble possibility once again, these days July Fourth is more casually run and I don't watch many of my matches now.

Champions League: Buffs FC follow up their exit from the Cup with an exit from the CL after a 1-0 away loss. So the defence of the CL fails this season. Can't complain, mustn't grumble, fair result based on the match *mutters* "bugger" ;)
Lousy day with 2 league games to play. In the middle of the night played the 2nd n won, now lost vs the 3d,as the 10men invincible troll appeared, opponent scored the winner immediately after he got red card;) now cl rematch coming up{don't care ],n then preparation for tomorrows cup final. If I win the cup I wouldn't even mind to lose another league match. I will sooner o later get the league done. LEAGUE:
Academy FC is in 1st place with 48 points after 22 games played. 2nd place is 2 points behind, 3rd and 4th are 4 points behind, and 5th is 12 points behind. My +27 goal differential is 2nd best in the league (3rd place has a +31) so, barring a complete collapse (or rash of injuries), I feel confident we can finish AT LEAST in the top 3 :-D
