All those arrows are not needed.
I suspect your orders are wrong for the formation you play.
With attacking formations like yours you need to access what your opponent is going to be doing, if he is playing on the counter, I'm not really surprised at the score.
When playing attacking the fewer defenders the better as then you have more chance of catching him off side.
When your defenders did get the ball, with all those arrows they have no one to pass to, all the players with up arrows move forward one square, when the opposition gain possession your defenders are all back defending the penalty area and your MF is nowhere to be seen.
