How to make my team better

Hello,

I played a match today against an opponent with less quality than me but with a complete different formation. I got a pretty offensive one while his was defensive. Still I lost with 1-4 while I had most of the possesion.
I know you got some bad games and all but this score really got me questioning my team..
What do you guys think? I added an imgur link with my formation

Note that I'm only a level 1 player and have played this game for only a week now.

All those arrows are not needed.
I suspect your orders are wrong for the formation you play.
With attacking formations like yours you need to access what your opponent is going to be doing, if he is playing on the counter, I'm not really surprised at the score.
When playing attacking the fewer defenders the better as then you have more chance of catching him off side.
When your defenders did get the ball, with all those arrows they have no one to pass to, all the players with up arrows move forward one square, when the opposition gain possession your defenders are all back defending the penalty area and your MF is nowhere to be seen.
