Contract renewals

It seem it's not fixed all my players still getting renew for 2 seasons only and all of them are young players 20-22 old so should I wait until league start then I will have 3 years or what exactly

if their that young they should get 3 year contract

if you renew them at the end of one season it will be a 3 year contract, if you renew them at the beginning of the next season it will be a 2 year contract

So they changed the rule of Renewed contracts, but that's just painful with all complain of money issue in higher level this mean salaries will keep increasing and bonus payments will be higher debt and liability on team finance

yeah the bonus is 10% of there salary, and the wage is based on there quality. That is why if you are going to re-sign them it is better to do it at the beginning of the new season when there value goes down

If you re-up when they have the ? it's three years.

It has always been like this, they have not changed any thing...

yep, nothing has changed.

If you renew when they have 1 year left on their contract, the player will sign a 3 year contract.

If you renew when the contract has expired, the player will sign a 2 year contract.

Sign the player when the contract expires because the bonus will be lower since it is based on market value.

Salary doesn't change though. He will earn the same amount in the new season if you renew him at the end of the old season or at the start of the new season.
