Nope, I don't. The friends I have in top 11 are only RL friends, but none of them have the same level. I never wanted to befriend people I don't know because I fancy different league opponents from 1 level to another. I already complained about the league draw of previous season to nordeus support, which answered me it's pure randomness... yeah, right...
