Maybe they are testing the removal of ilegal formations.
In my opinion that would be great.

In the last game of last season LEAGUE, my main team played against a team with 3 players on same side, and they also didnt get the penalization of ilegal formation.

The main thing here is : OK now Illegal formations are Legal but I also played 3 players Out of Position, even no possession penalty for it...

One of them was a GK which itself results in a huge possession penalty...
