the same thing to me. Today, my time zone has changed from +4 (GMT) to +3 (GMT), so, for instance now is 12.32, but in the game I have 13.32. In the game the time didn't change. What should I do to synchronize the time?

Phones usually synch themselves, if you have them set to automatic time.
