they only count more if its a draw in goals
then the away goals count more then the ones scored at home

but you cannot just say the count 2x
cause when you win 3:2 at home and play 0:0 away you still go in the next round
you might say they count 1,00000001x

Actually, they do count double in the case of a score draw, I think that's what Ro Edu was trying to say. It's true that in that case, they could count as any number of times and still serve their purpose, but the official rules are x2.
