    low increase skill

    why my new striker, 21 years old, with high morale and condition after the full match has a low increase skill, only + 15 + 20 ? where is problem, what changes is neded ?

    because he is a "flop" (token free player from youth academy)... he is not fast trainer...

    a flop does not necessarily have to be from your academy. Training speed is a separate invisible rate that some players have high rates and some players have low rates. You can not change their rates. If he is in good form though i would keep him, but if he has bad form get rid of him because he will not help you now and not in the future

    Some players are way slower training than others, but it has nothing to do with how well he will perform in the matches, so if he plays well keep him, just don't expect him to keep up his Q. The good performing slow trainers I have in my teams I play them every match to try to keep them longer.

    These flog players are less expensive. So the team acquired him should not complain too much. Just treat him as an older player.

    I also like some of these players if they perform consistently.
