Nah... you don't need to buy Scouts, they aren't always the best players anyway. For that matter -- a 5* 18 y.o. can be dreadful player and hard to change the attributes very fast (even if he gains quickly since he will slow @ 6) I tend to go for the super fast 3 or 4 star guys.

I have seen generated players on all my teams' TLs, a few different servers. They aren't appearing at the same time every day, but somewhat randomly. I have been on at odd hours (for me anyway) and found them.

I 'm also LV5 and this season there were very few players 1st class. I bought 4 players so far (day 9) about 10M $ and saw other 3.
I bought every one early in the morning when I wake up (before going to my work) - 7.00 am (+2 GMT).
I was searching desperately for an AMC/AML or AMC/AMR but even AMC I found.

If there were good young nordgens (specially in the evening) there would be bidding wars so I suppose they don't want us to spend our money/tokens
