Score Error

I played a Cup match today and 15 minutes or so into the game at home, I was winning 2-0. At the end of the game, I conceded 2 goals and the game ended in a draw 2:2.

Now I logged into TopEleven and it shows that I've lost the game 1:2! Even my 1 moral booster that I earned for attending the game is lost now.

How is this possible? Is there a way to change the score?

It sounds like the server crashed soon after your match. When that happens the match is simulated and doesn't take into account managers or supporters
. It doesn't happen very often. but it is annoying for sure when you wind up losing.
