I have a player with more than 1 team in my league.

Is this cheating? It would appear that I have 8 players from Turkey in my league, and at least one player has 2 teams, he may well have more.

Is this normal, what can I do about it?

The game automaticly places you with your friends in the same league.
If the guy you are talking about really has 2 teams and changes the formation of his second team when his first needs to play against him, it is cheating and you can report him (I think).

He made it so he kept bidding with one account on the initial round so its price was over 20m so not many people could afford it

I am pretty curtain as he has used the same name for each team, 2 teams from a country isnt too mad, but 8 from the same area?
