How much should I set a ticket price?

Just thought I would start a topic on ticket prices and how much a manager should set them at.

I'm sure it may be a factor of plenty of different things - Level, Competition, Number of fans in the fan club.

I'm Level 12, Have a current fan base of 1,029,390. Stadium current capacity of 73,000 and my current match price ticket is $10 which then brings in a match day revenue of $730,000. That's because the stadium is sold out every game.

The purpose of this thread is to try and find a "optimum" ticket price which will bring in maximum match day revenue whilst getting full or close to full capacity for every home game. Also my stadium is due to expand to 91,000 capacity.

I wonder if my current matchday ticket price for $10 per match is currently way to low.

Also I wonder what other managers ticket pricing strategy currently is.

Agreed, if attendance is full, I will add $1 to the price before the next game. Prices are now 21, 22, 23 for league, CL and cup respectively, I'm level 12.

Thanks for the feedback, I have a home game tomorrow in the league, I'm going to put $20, Theres no harm trying that, and if the stadium fills with the new expansion to 91,000. Then matchday income will be $1,820,000.

My stadium is 91k and fanbase of 933K, I set my tickets at 16 and get full attendance, I'm not gonna hassle over a couple million extra and deal with a partially filled stadium, because my team performs much better with a full crowd apparently

Is bad how you have it, really you are losing fan support few good procents like this try to have always full stadium for full support (5%), anyway I prefer that bonus then +3/200.000$ which are nothing at that level.
