What do you guys set as a winst bonus? And what does it actually do?
It it to make their moral higher or does it actualy make them play better?

Haven´t lost a game since I began bribing them (my players) last week ... So yes, "It kinda helps"

Yeah I was thinking of just setting it to 10k (the max for me, don't know if you can go higher) because it's well worth the victory

Max only for top opponents, min for the rest. This is a long way and you ll need the cash!

It's only 10k now and I get 7.25k for winning so I lose 2750 wich isn't that much at this moment.

In my experience, it really works. I attribute most of my great victories to this when i maxed the bonus and my opponent probably has none or minimum bonus. Always max on cup and cl semis and finals.
