Play with the same formation every game OR every other match by opponent?
Depends...Choose an equilibrated team in all compartiments,like 4-4-2 classic or 4-3-3...Its annoying to change the formation every match...Quote:

When you use one constant formation your team has continuity, but it is predictable. That way opponent can easy prepare himself.
