can i avoid injuries by good training? maybe train more or stop hard-train with 10 conditionboosters per day?

i always have about 4 injured players. but i don't use redpacks at this season because i do not need a special player for winning my matches.my hint: if you don't spend money for this game, only use redpacks if you need a player for winning matches or if you saved a lot of redpacks. you get 40% condition per day. 3 greens give 45% so redpacks only pay out if you heal 5 1/2 day. (my players are most time injured for less days).
