My League WTF :D

hey guys. today i realized that my league is one of the hardest leagues wich you can play in! when i looked at some opponents in the cup/champions league and what teams they have in their league (actually same legue level than me) i realized that my league is like 10000X harder than others. in my league 7 teams have at least 4 stars a few have 5 stars and one has scout level. the rest is close to 4 stars like me. in other leagues i see a couple of 2 star and 3 star teams and only a couple (like 2 or 3) 4 or 5 star teams. wtf how does nordeus generate this ?!:D or am i just very unlucky that im in a league with many tokenbuyers because at the beginning the league seemed very normal like all other leagues too. i cant hold up with that growth of other teams even if i try to transfer some good players. its very hard to get 4 stars and 5 stars on the transfer market because some ppl use to have like 30 or 40 tokens wich i will never be able to get without buying them lmao. and i dont want to tank 2 or 3 seasons untill i can go on ^^

Same thing hapened to me previous season. 8 teams had 4-5-6* players. The guy who finished 8th had 5 6* players :eek:
I won the CH.L. more easy than my league.
I "un-friend" two guys from that season.
This season back to normal.

I just saw a league of token buyers in another server, competing in my market and destroying our tokens in insane bids.

The first has an 8* and several 7*

The last is full 5* and has one 6*

so u think my fl is the problem because i have some rly op freinds :D

but the problem with token buyers rly pisses me off. i also bought tokens once or twice but i cannot stand ppl wich do it like every week or sth. in real soccer players have other influences to decide for a club than tokens :D atm i'm still 4th because i smashed everyone in the first games when they still had normal teams. now its gonna be hard to go into next league.

So, they power training their players ...
Same thing I do. Starting with 5* players, ending with 6*-early 7*.
I 'm also T buyer/farmer but a small one :o
I think the most fair is a system like a salary cap , (like NBA) or a system with similar Q teams like the Cup in T11 but with same lv teams (because in Cup, upper lv teams can buy scouts who are 7-8-9* for me).

you mean they buy load of fitness restore kits and train their players 10 times per day while giving them loads of fitness kits :o this should be restricted by a maximum of 3 or 5 uses per day lmao D:

Yeah, the quality differences are indeed immense. Unfriending strong (token buying or simply good) managers helps to get easier leagues, but from time to time you get into hammer leagues. I usually try to use such seasons to rebuild my squad and detect low form players.

The most common way for leagues to be created is by friends lists - my league is mainly 5* and 6* teams and the same 6 or 7 teams have been together for 5 seasons now, we like it that way. I did this by adding ppl I met in the Cup and later stages of CL. (I did this after I had a 'no friends' random league and was bored to bits with the undefeated season.)

Sometimes you having just 1 or 2 particular friends, who then have many mutual friends, is enough to pull you into the league.

Same thing works for low level teams, if you add friends of same or lower quality then you'll be paired with them if there are enough common/mutual friends to strengthen the link.

If you have no same level friends you'll get a random league.

So you're either are being pulled together with friends or friends of friends or both.

PS. The closer the links between friends the more likely you are to be put together. We have an OMA league where 16 teams were created on the same server over 2 leagues - 2 lots of 7 promoted teams were them pulled together into 1 league in Season 2 because all the teams only had those friends and no others.

hey, no 10 times/day . Almost impossible, but I do 3-4 times.
But it's not so simple you know. You must have the right stuff.

There are people playing this 18h per day and some spending over 1000 pounds (-2000 dollars) per month.

only bought this guy 48hrs ago,66 skill points, nearly 7* already, no injuries (touch wood) and only around 50 green packs so far.

I think the Leagues are drawn on vague Quality level after friends, I too had a League full of strong teams, some of them friends. Yes, I buy and farm T and still couldn't compete, but my Team was pretty high Q for my level, they were just better: http://forum.topeleven.com/team-show...tml#post278076

I wound up not promoting, but the next season was super easy. :D

For the past 3 seasons (L14-16), I've been matched with in game friends (who are active) that I randomly befriended from the CL tournament of seasons past. On top of that, we are also drawn in the same league as 3-4 other strong teams. So there will be 7 or 8 of us who are vying for the league, and I have yet get to win the league for a while now.

Not complaining. It's challenging. Better than 26-0-0.

The higher you go the harder it will get especially when some teams avoid promotion and save skill point`s for new season, I myself as level 22 team was placed in a level 23 league last season so no point in me adding skill point`s so saved expecting too stay in level 23 but no thanks to change with mixing of server`s i`m place back in level 22 :) but i have few friends from level 21 last season so not added skill just too compete fairly and have some competition for league rather than walk it

samupro97 complaining about having a hard league? When I started the league this season 10 out of 13 of my opp were already having 5 stars average quality(in day 3!!!).It would be a dream for me to face only 4 stars oponents.Last season a faced such opponents and my striker ended up by having 39 goals and 48 assists in 25 matches LOL :)

I too have a difficult league this season and am struggling just to keep 7th place. I won League & CL last season with ease and I think I'm being punished this season. I'm going ok in CL this season but I can feel a squad rebuild coming on T end of this season.

i dont want to complain. its rly much more fun even if im actually not winning the league because the 1st one atm is like 2-3 stars better than me :D atm im 4th place and i also sometimes defeated stronger teams since i countered their tactics very well. my only problem was that i couldnt get a new goalie wich changed now. i got a good goalie now and i hope i dont get as much goals as in the last games now. its rly nice to be in a strong league but i just wondered why other ppl like one guy who is one level higher than me have leagues wich are much worse. the higher lvl guy is as good as me and won all 14 games untill now because the 2nd and 3rd of the league is as good as our last place.

You ‘re right my friend but there is a misunderstanding. I was talking about a team with many fast trainers, not to pump up 1-2 players to 8* or 9* .
My strategy is to have many fast trainers, starting with 5* in the beginning of the season and getting 6* later. A 5-6* full team has enough quality to go after the double (with proper formations ofc) . The Cup it’s another story. :mad:
I have sources but they are limited so I don’t like to power train 7*-8* players and getting +20 , + 30 and worried about injuries. :p

This is my team for example. All the 5* players are Q49 and some of the 6* are Q54.

Today I had 2 trainings, 3bars/practice and another 1 I ‘ll set later and maybe a second for the players who ‘ll not participate in my match.
So, returning to the subject of the thread, when I see my rival opponents when a league or a Champions League is starting, I ‘m not only checking the qualities but the age of the players, so to guess how those teams will develop during the season.
