New Players: Negative team affect

I am usually not hurry to use new players. I tend to play them in friendly matches and as substitute first.

I read many comments about that but from previous season (5) I discovered that it's a myth. Every time I use a new player, he has very good performance (no friendly or sub).
Ofc. I 'm talking by my exp., buying only 1st or 2nd class nordgens, playing in an already good team.

Same here. Usually a new player in my team ends up as man of the match and scores on debut.
