Unlock the achievement "benefactor"

I have a question: what must I do to unlock the achievement "benefactor"?
I know you must send an official item to a friend, some weeks ago I bought an official jersey and I use 67 tokens but if I try to send it there isn't the option "give".
So can someone help me?

You can only send/gift official items to a friend who has purchased tokens equal to the value of the gift

No it's if you the sender has purchased that many Tokens... I think. I haven't tried it.
(The reason is the licensing contract the tm owner has to know how much of their items have been sold)
