Sorry, i didnt understand something.. You had 8 players 6 stars in your team without contract?
Players w/o contract also count in this.. would be an easy way to go around if they didnt.

anyhow.. something makes me think that you'r in the 2nd or 3rd highest cup draws in your server and probabbly they didn't have enough players to form your draw.. When you check other people Average quality, is there anyone with lower quality as you or you'r the only one ? ;D

It explains a lot, I tought, that w/o contract players aren count. But still I think I should be in lower level, maybe it counts only number of stars instead of average quality number...
