    Do we know the exact a out of the penalty imposed for out of position players?

    I mean an adjacent position, like a DC playing DR or an AMC playing MC ? 5%? 10%? Has nordeus revealed this number?

    why would they? not in 2 years have they given a straight answer on any question that matters regarding gameplay rules.
