supersonic token offers

Hi guys, i used supersonic twice over the past month. One was a deal where you spend £10 with Gala and get 400-odd tokens and the other was buying 100 business cards with vista print, giving you a couple of hundred tokens, i think (cant remember exactly).
Anyway, both of these offers failed to diver any tokens. I reported this to supersonic, who asked for proof in the way of screenshots of my purchase. I did so, particularly on the vistaprint one, as i already had a claim about the Gala one in place so i wanted to make sure i had absolutely loads of screenshots.
Supersonic stated that both claims lacked proof of purchase, so i got no tokens at all, despite spending about £25 between the two deals. So i just want to warn you guys, don't bother with Supersonic deals, its too good to be true.

I completed a paid offer on Supersonic ads for 68 token paying actual cash and they say they can't verify that I completed the offer even after I had sent across the screenshots and welcome email from the advertiser "ReShip". When I asked why I was not being credited they just keep sending a canned response without giving me any information. When I ask why they are jerking off their users they write back telling me that I should not use abusive language, but for a genuine query they won't bother to answer at all.

Bottom line, free offers on Supersonic, go for it. Paid offers, don't trust them or their crappy customer service. They are worse than robots and don't care about users. Use Tapjoy or Sponsorpay or Token ads. They all are infinitely better.

This supersonic provider is a hugh bull**** i ever known. i am still waiting for my tokens too eventhough i fully completed the offer. i did sent them the screen shot of registration and the transaction and i did mail them severely times but i was denied.

I'm beginnings to wonder if it helps who you get as a customer service person. Applied for four none applied apps etc yesterday, got 21 tokens this morning.

I got a ticket open at supersonic at the moment. Used one of their casino offers and they rejected the tokens after a week. That pissed me off so I talked to the casino and they confirmed that I signed up through supersonic.

I have provided proof of welcome mail, transaction history and the chat with casino live chat supporter. They told me that I will get an answer with 5-7 business days. That's 2 days ago now...

But. After googling a bit more about this company I will probably not get anything out of it.

I play on the iPad. Is it worth me playing on the PC and watching videos? I've only once bought tokens and that was for 79p which seemed to be a one off offer.

Got issues with them as well. Waiting for my tokens from two offers, one of which would give ~500. Sent them a mail with picture of the welcome-mail from the casino and my deposit. I'll just assume they will lie and say I didn't go through through them and get rid of me. Seems like a pretty ****ty company imo. At least i earned some money from gambling to wipe my tears with

Yeah, I talked to the casino and they told me that I did sign up through supersonicads.com.

So who is telling the truth? **** that.

supersonic seems not support in Viet Nam i dont see any offer from supersonic
